IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) for Inland Empire & Orange County Businesses

IT asset disposal is the process of retiring computers, servers and network gear in a way that protects your data, keeps electronics out of landfills, and leaves a paper trail. We handle the pickup, the data destruction and the recycling so your IT team can get back to the projects that matter.

What our IT asset disposal covers

A typical ITAD project starts when a company refreshes laptops, moves offices, consolidates a server room, or closes a location. Instead of piling old equipment in a storage closet, you hand it off in one scheduled pickup.

  • Desktops, laptops, tablets and docking stations
  • Servers, storage arrays, switches, routers and firewalls
  • Monitors, printers, copiers and VoIP phones
  • UPS units, cabling and peripherals
  • Hard drives and storage media (physically shredded)

Data security is built in

Every data-bearing device goes through physical destruction — the NIST 800-88 "Destroy" method — and you receive a Certificate of Destruction. That certificate is the record your auditors, insurers or clients will ask for. Learn more on our hard drive destruction page.

Rebates for larger volumes

Businesses with more than two pallets of electronic recycling material qualify for rebates based on the volume and type of equipment collected. Tell us roughly how much you have when you request a quote and we'll explain what applies.

Planning an ITAD pickup

The more we know before pickup, the smoother it goes. Helpful details include an approximate device count or pallet count, whether equipment is on a loading dock or upper floor, any serial-number list you need reconciled, and the window when your building is accessible. Pickups run Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
