We Pay for Your IT Equipment
Your retired business electronics may be worth money. Businesses with more than two pallets of electronic recycling material qualify for rebates — and every business gets free pickup for 5+ qualifying items, with certified data destruction included.
More Than Two Pallets? You Qualify for a Rebate
The rebate amount depends on the volume and type of equipment. We review your equipment list and confirm the estimate before pickup — you approve everything in advance.
Rebates for volume
More than two pallets of electronic recycling material qualifies your business for a rebate based on volume and equipment type.
Free pickup either way
Every business with 5+ qualifying items gets free pickup — even loads that don't reach the rebate threshold.
Destruction included
Physical hard drive destruction following NIST 800-88 guidelines, with a Certificate of Destruction for your records.

IT Asset Buyback FAQ
- How much will you pay for our equipment?
- It depends on the volume and type of equipment. Businesses with more than two pallets of electronic recycling material qualify for rebates — send us your equipment list and we'll give you an estimate before any pickup is scheduled.
- What if we have less than two pallets?
- You still get free business pickup for 5 or more qualifying items, plus physical hard drive destruction with a Certificate of Destruction. The rebate applies specifically to loads of more than two pallets.
- Which equipment has resale value?
- Working assets with residual value — typically newer servers, networking gear, laptops and desktops in quantity — are refurbished and remarketed. Older or broken equipment is recycled responsibly under our zero-landfill policy.
- Is the data on our devices safe?
- Yes. Data-bearing devices are physically destroyed following NIST 800-88 guidelines, and you receive a Certificate of Destruction documenting the work performed. Note that our CalRecycle approval covers waste handling — destruction documentation is a separate record we provide.
- Do you handle office cleanouts and recurring pickups?
- Yes. We handle one-time office cleanouts, data-center decommissioning, and scheduled recurring pickups for businesses that generate e-waste regularly.
